| 摘 要： | 采用放射免疫方法检测了５７例中枢神经系统肿瘤患者血清、脑脊液（ＣＳＦ）中髓鞘碱蛋白（ＭＢＰ）的变化。结果表明，肿瘤大小与ＭＢＰ释放呈正相关关系。ＣＳＦ在反映ＭＢＰ变化时更为灵敏，恶性肿瘤ＭＢＰ的释放高于良性肿瘤。手术治疗和血脑屏障破坏也是使ＭＢＰ释放的重要因素。测定ＭＢＰ对反映脑组织损伤和肿瘤良、恶性以及治疗效果均有意义。

| Abstract: | Myelin basic protein(MBP)immunoreactivity was measured in the serum and cerebrospinal fluid of 57 central nervous system tumor patients using a radioimmunoassay method. As results,there was a positive correlation between MBP release and the volume of the tumor, the variation of CSF MBP was more sensitive than serum, MBP was released much more if the tumor was malignant,operation and broken of blood-brain barrier were also the important reasons for MBP release. The detection of MBP has the value of judging the degree of brain injury and predicting the biological characteristics of tumor or the effect of treatment for those patients. |
