血脂康对原发性高脂血症的疗效及随访观察

用血脂康胶囊治疗６０例原发性高脂血症患者。经８周临床观察，结果示降总胆固醇（ＴＣ）、甘油三酯（ＴＧ），长高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（ＨＤＬ－Ｃ），降（ＴＣ－ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）／ＨＤＬ－Ｃ的总有效率分别占９５．５％、８２．５％、８５．４％和８８．３％；平均降ＴＣ、ＴＧ、ＬＤＣ－Ｃ、（ＴＣ－ＨＤＬ－Ｃ）／ＨＤＬ－Ｃ、升ＨＤＬ－Ｃ分别为２５％、３５．６％、２８．６％、３１．２％和２２．６％。各组与治疗前比较有非常显著

Clinical Evaluation and Follow-up Study of Xuezhikang Treatment of Primary Hyperlipidemia

Sixty patients with hyperlipidemia were treated with Xuezhikorig (a lipid-lowering drug) for 8 weeks,each took 4 Xuezhikong capsules/day. The results showed that serum levels of total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cnolesterol(LDL-C) and the ratio of (TC -HDL-C)/ HDL-C were reduced by 25% ,35. 6% ,28. 6% and 31. 2% respectively,and serum level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was increased by 22. 6%- The total effectiveness rates of Xuezhikang for TC,TG,HPL-C and (TC-HDL-C)/HDL-C were 95. 5% ,82. 5% ,85. 4% and 88. 3% respectively. The serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and the ratio of (TC - HDL-C)/HDL-C were significantly lower after treatment than those before treatment (all P<0. 01) and the serum level of HDL-C was significantly higher after treatment than that before treatment (P<0. 01). The results showed that Xuezhikang is a safe and effective lipid modulator. All Patients had been followed up for 8 weeks,the serum levels of lipids were normal in those patients who continued to take 2 Xuezhikang capsules/day for another 8 weeks, but the serum levels of lipids reversed in those who didn't continue to take Xuezhikang. We suggest that all patients with improvement had better take half-dose Xuezhikang continuously to avoid rebounding of hyperlipidemia.
