眼肌脉络膜贴附术治疗原发性视网膜色素变性（附1017例报告）

原发性视网膜色素变性是眼科常见遗传性致盲疾病，迄今尚无特效疗法，采用眼外肌脉络膜贴附术治疗该病１０１７例２０２２只眼，其中包括日本患者７２人，１４２只眼，双眼手术１００５例，单眼手术１２例，男６７５人，女３４２人，发病年龄不足周岁～６３岁，有１５９１只眼视力低下０．０５；视野均有缺损，ＥＲＧ为异常值，手术是在眼球壁开窗，把眼肌与脉络膜贴附，吻合建立新的循环，以期改善脉络膜供血，进而改善视网膜营养，

Treatment of Primary Retinitis Pigmentosa with Extraocular Muscle Transplant on the Chorioid (Report of 1 017 Cases)

Primary retinitis pigmentosa(RP) is a common hereditary disease that caused blindness in ophthalmology,up to now there is not a special effective treatment to deal with it. 1 017 cases(2 022 eyes) of RP including 72 Japanese patients(142 eyes) were treated with extraocular muscle transplant on the chorioid. 1 005 cases had two-eyes operated and 12 cases had single eye operated. 675 cases male and 342 female. The age ranged from less than one year to 63 years. The sight of 1 591 eyes was under 0. 05. All of them had deficient vision and ERG was abnormal. The operation was making a window on eyeball, stick-sewing the muscle transplant on chorioid for establishing a new circulation. The improvement of blood circulation of chorioid resulted in better nutrition of retina. After operation,1 615 eyes (79. 9%) showed remarkable effectiveness, 179(8. 9%) had some vision improvement. The Japanese patients had been followed up carefully.
