自拟苦参汤熏洗疗法在混合痔外剥内扎术后的应用

目的观察混合痔外剥内扎术后联合自拟苦参汤熏洗治疗的临床疗效。方法将386例混合痔外剥内扎术后的患者随机分为治疗组(195例)和对照组(191例),治疗组给予自拟苦参汤熏洗坐浴,对照组给予高锰酸钾熏洗坐浴,比较两组临床疗效、术后并发症的发生情况,并以切口水肿、肛门疼痛及创面愈合时间等为观察指标。结果治疗组发生切口水肿、创面渗血、尿潴留等术后并发症的情况明显少于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组术后疼痛明显轻于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组术后创面愈合时间明显短于对照组(P0.05)。结论混合痔术后应用自拟苦参汤熏洗治疗,在有效提高临床疗效的同时,降低了术后并发症的发生并可促进创面愈合。

Clinical Observation on Self-created Sophpra Decoction for Fumigating and Washing for 386 Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoid after Milligan-Morgan Surgery

Objective To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effects of self-created sophpra decoction for fumigating and washing for the patients with mixed hemorrhoid after milligan-morgan surgery.Methods A total number of 386 patients who had recevied milligan-morgan surgery were randomized divided into the treatment group （195 cases） and the control group （191 cases）.The treatment group was given selfcreated sophpra decoction for fumigating and washing after milligan-morgan surgery,and the control group was given potassium permanganate for fumigating and washing after milligan morgan surgery.Comparing the two groups in clinical efficacy and the incidence of postoperative complications,we observed the incision edema,anal pain and wound healing time.Results The clinical efficacy of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group （P ＜0.05）.The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 94.36％,and the control group was 89.53％,which had no statistically significant difference （P ＞0.05）.The cases of postoperative complications,such as incision edema,wound bleeding,urinary retention in the treatment group,were significantly less than those in control group （P ＜0.05）.Postoperative pain in the treatment group was significantly lighter than that in control group （P ＜0.05）.The wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in control group （P ＜0.05）.Conclusion Self-created sophpra decoction for fumigating and washing after operation for mixed hemorrhoids have significant advantages in effectively improving the clinical curative effect,reducing the incidence of postoperative complications and promoting wound healing.
