辽宁省2003年维持无脊髓灰质炎工作进展

目的对辽宁省2003年急性弛缓性麻痹(AFP)病例监测系统各项监测指标的完成情况进行分析,以继续保持无脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)状态。方法描述流行病学分析。结果辽宁省2003年AFP病例监测系统共报告AFP病例79例,均为排除脊灰病例,<15岁儿童非脊灰AFP病例报告发病率为1.34/10万,AFP病例48h内调查率为95%,合格粪便标本采集率为78%,粪便标本7d内送达率为92%,75d内收到随访表占73%,2003年监测指标有2项未达到世界卫生组织和卫生部的要求。结论继续加强培训和监测,提高监测系统的监测质量。

Progress of the Maintenance of Poliomyelitis Eradication in Liaoning Province

Objective To analyze indicators of the surveillance system for the acute flaccid paralysis (AFP) in Liaoning in 2003 in order to maintain the status of non-polio.Methods Epidemiological anaysis was made in the study.Results In 2003,79 AFP cases were reported by the AFP surveillance system in Liaoning Province.All of them were non-polio AFP cases.The reported incidence rate of non-polio AFP was 1.34/100 000 for children under 15 years old.The rate of AFP cases investigated within 48 hours of reports was 95%.The collection rate of eligible AFP stool specimens was 78%,92% of the stool specimens were delivered within 7 days.The delivery rate of follow-up forms arriving at the provincial EPS within 75 days was 73%.55 counties did not report AFP cases.The various surveillance indicators of 2003 were lower than those in other years.There were two surveillance indicators which were not above 80% that met the requirements of WHO and Ministry of Health.The surveillance quality of individual surveillance system of the City is decreased.Conclusion We will continue to strengthen education and surveillance in order to improve the quality of the surveillance.
