| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨女阴瘙痒的常见病因及相关流行病学因素。方法：收集214例主诉有外阴瘙瘁症状的女性患者的临床资料，根据伴随症状、阳性体征及相关的实验室检查与特殊检查等手段明确诊断。结果：滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎、淋病、尖锐湿疵四种疾病在女阴瘙瘁中占85．98％。结论：女阴瘙痒与性传播疾病关系密切。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the common cause and the factors which relate to epidemiology on vulva pruritus. Methods: The clinical data of 214 cases with vulva pruritus were collected and analyzed retrospectively.Diagnoses were carried out by concomitant symptoms?positive signs?laboratory examinations and specific examinations. Results: It was found that 85^98% of the patients with vulva pruritus were suffered from 4 sorts of diseases,such as trichomonal vaginitis?monilial vaginitis?gonorrhea and acuminate condyloma respectively. Conclusions: This finding shows that the vulva pruritus has significant connection with the sexually transmit disease. |
