| 摘 要： | 对一例反复发生低血糖、低钾血症、无腹泻症状的女性胰岛细胞结节样增生患者行胰体尾部切除术，切除增生的胰岛细胞后，该患者的血糖和血钾水平恢复正常。

| Abstract: | Partial pancreatectomy was performed in a female patient with islet cell nodular hyperplasia, who repeatedly suffered from hypokalemia and hypoglycemia without diarrhea. After surgical operation, her symptoms were relieved. |
