Abstract: | Sixty-three deaf children with congenital rubella syndrome (CRS) and 61 non- CRS deaf children were studied for their sensations of vibration and position. Both groups showed normal responses in the sensation of vibration. However, 35 CRS and 22 non-CRS deaf children revealed abnormal responses in the sense of position. This gave a significantly higher ratio in the CRS deaf children. |
