蚌埠市1999～2003年儿童卡介苗接种率的分析研究

目的通过常规免疫报表、疫苗使用量以及主动调查监测三种手段比较蚌埠市1999～2003年的卡介苗接种率情况,分析三者之间的差距及可能存在的原因。方法用卫生统计学原理分析三种方法得出的接种率间的差异。结果通过疫苗用量间接计算接种率与调查接种率以及常规报表累计接种率之间存在差距较大。常规报表反应的接种人口数比统计部门的统计的出生人口数低,年平均为39.2%。疫苗损耗系数低于出版公布值值40.0%。结论常规报表填报质量需进一步提高,疫苗接种的损耗系数要随着疫苗本身性质和工作环境的变化而变化。

Analysis on immunizstion coverage rate of BCG for children in Bengbu during 1999 to 2003

Objective To compare differences of 3 immunization coverage rates of BCG in Bengbu city between 1999 and 2003. Methods Difference of 3 immunization coverage rates were analyzed which were calculated through tabulations,total number of the vaccines injected to children or investigating the children. Results The immunization coverage rate calculated through total number of the vaccines injected to children is pretty lower than the two others. The number of the children born each year published by the department of statistics is higher by 39.2% than that in the tabulations per year. The vaccine loss coefficient calculatedby this paper is lower by 40.0% than that published on the average per year. Conclusion The accuracy of the tabulations should be improved. The change of vaccine loss coefficient should keep pace with the change of the character of the vaccine and working environment.
