| 摘 要： | 目的了解某市监管场所新入所人员HIV感染流行状况及影响因素,为制定控制策略和措施提供依据。方法使用描述性研究方法对全市10116名新入所人员HIV感染情况进行血清流行病学调查分析。结果共发现HIV感染者7人,感染率0.069%。经性接触传播为主要传播途径。结论该市监管场所新入所人员HIV感染流行形势严峻,应尽快采取健康教育、行为干预和相应监管控制措施。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To understand the prevalence of HIV and its influencing factors among new prisoners in a city, and provide evidence for developing control strategies and measures.[Methods]Descriptive study method was adopted to conduct seroepidemiological survey on 10 116 new prisoners.[Results]A total of 7 prisoners （0.069%） were detected HIV positive. The main transmission route was sexual contact.[Conclusion]The HIV epidemic is serious among new prisoners in this city. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt health education, behavior intervention and the corresponding control measures. |
