醋酸直肠刺激对大鼠肠道P物质、5-HT免疫阳性神经纤维的影响

摘    要:目的:观察醋酸肠道刺激对大鼠肠道高敏感性的影响及其可能影响因子。方法:采用醋酸慢性刺激建立肠道高敏感性大鼠模型,观察大鼠肠道敏感性以及结肠黏膜下P物质、5-羟色胺免疫反应阳性纤维的变化.结果:醋酸注射直肠能够引起实验动物的腹壁撤离反射的阈值降低;肠道内的P物质含量低于对照组(P<0.01),肠道粘膜下的5-羟色胺免疫阳性神经元/神经纤维阳性指数(IOD)显著增加(P<0.01);结论:醋酸直肠慢性刺激可导致肠道高敏感性,其机制可能与引起5-HT免疫阳性神经纤维增加、P物质分泌紊乱有关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect and the mechanism of visceral hypersensitivity model rats.Methods:The visceral hypersensitivity model in rat was established by intrarectal administration of acetic acid.The substance P in the colon sub-mucosa layer and 5-serotoninergic neurons/fibers were observed. Results:The results suggested the acid decreased the threshold of abdominal withdrawal reflex(AWR) Model group's the substance P in the colon sub-mucosa layer decreased(P<0.01),and the positive index(IOD) of serotoninergic neurons/fibers increased significantly(P<0.01).Conclusions:Visceral
