摘    要:目的 观察电针改善脑出血急性期脑水肿的作用途径。方法 采用胶原酶注入诱导的大鼠尾壳核出血模型,用于湿法测定脑组织含水量,用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定脑组织SOD水平。结论和结论 电针能有效地减轻尾壳核出血大鼠造模24h的脑组织含水量,提高脑组织SOD水平,抑制脑出血时自由基的神经毒性作用。

Abstract:Purpose To investigate the mechanism of electroacupuncture relieving cerebral edema in the acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage. Method Collagenase was injected to made a rat model of caudate nucleus hemorrhage. A dry wet method was used to measure the water content of brain tissue and a xanthine oxidase method to determine SOD level in brain tissue. Results and Conclusion Electroacupuncture can effectively decrease the water content of brain tissue 24th hrs after a rat model of caudate nucleus hemorrhage was made, raise SOD level in brain tissue and inhibit the neurotoxic action of free radicals during cerebral hemorrhage.
