术后护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后负性情绪及胃肠功能恢复的影响

目的探讨术后护理对腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后负性情绪及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法60例腹腔镜胆囊切除患者随机分为实验组（接受制定的术后护理）和对照组（接受一般术后护理）。对两组患者术后48h焦虑、抑郁评分，术后8、24h恶心呕吐情况，肛门排气时间及术后24、48h血浆胃动素胃泌素浓度进行比较。结果实验组术后焦虑、抑郁评分、恶心呕吐发生率、肛门排气时间显著低于对照组（P〈0．05），而术后24、48h胃动素和胃泌素浓度较对照组明显升高（P〈0．05）。结论采用合理的术后护理在缓解术后负性情绪、促进胃肠功能恢复等方面有较好作用。

Effects of Postoperative Nursing on Negative Emotion and Gastrointestinal Dynamics of Patients After Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

Objective To discuss the postoperative nursing on negative emotion and gastrointestinal dynamics of patients after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Sixty peritoneoscope gallbladder resection patients were randomly divided into test group which received setting nursing after operation and control group which received normal nursing after operation,and the marks of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) of the two groups were calculated at the time of 48 h after operation.The condition of nausea and vomiting was observed at the time of 8 and 24 h.Anus aerofluxus time and levels of blood motilin and gastrin at the time of 24 and 48 h after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The negative emotion of the test group significantly ameliorated,the condition of nausea and vomiting improved,anus aerofluxus time of the test group shortened and levels of blood motilin and gastrin significantly increased at the time of 24 and 48 h after operation(P<0.05).Conclusions Rational postoperative nursing plays an important role in releasing negative emotion and improving gastrointestinal dynamics in the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
