健脾颗粒提取工艺的优选实验研究

摘    要:目的 确定健脾颗粒中挥发油和橙皮苷的提取工艺条件。方法 以挥发油增量为指标 ,考察蒸馏液体积与挥发油增量之间的关系 ;考察加水量、煎煮时间及 Ca(OH ) 2 量等因素对橙皮苷提取效果的影响。结果 陈皮挥发油与橙皮苷最佳提取条件为 :药材加 11倍水进行水蒸汽蒸馏 ,收集 5倍体积的蒸馏液 ,药渣加(8+6 +4)倍水和药材投料量 12 %的 Ca(OH) 2 ,回流 (0 .5 +0 .5 +0 .5 ) h。结论 该最佳工艺是稳定可行的

Abstract:Objective To study the optimal extracting process of Jianpi Granule.Methods With the enhancement of the volatile oil ,the relationship between the distillate volume and the volatile oil volume was investigated. Orthogonal Experiment was used to determine the optimal decocting time, water amount and Ca(OH) 2 amount with the extract yield and hesperidin content as markers.Results The optimal process is as follows: adding 11 times amount of water ,collecting 5 times amount of distillate ;then adding 18 times amount of water and 12%times amount of Ca(OH) 2 and decocting for 1.5 h(0.5 h for each time).Conclusion This optimal process is stable and available for industrial production.
