| 摘 要： | 精神分裂症病人有较高的自杀危险性 ,全世界自杀死亡病人中 ,中国占 2 0 %。 2 0 %～ 40 %的精神分裂症病人有自杀未遂史。对自杀行为的不同发展阶段进行研究 ,为今后在护理工作中有针对性地采取防范措施 ,选择最佳的干预方式 ,医护合作 ,阻止病人自杀行为的进一步发展提供依据

| Abstract: | The schizophrenia patients have a high risk of suicide. The number of Chinese patients is 20 percents of the total patients who died of suicide in the world. Twenty to forty percents of the schizophrenia patients had a history of unsuccessful suicide. The different developmental stages of suicide behavior were analyzed. It would be beneficial to conduct preventive interventions, chose the optimum approach, and try the effective measures to block suicide behavior deterioration. Also it provided the basic information for the further nursing care. |
