氨氯地平对原发性高血压病的疗效

目的:观察氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的疗效.方法:选择轻、中度原发性高血压病20例,剂量从每天5mg起,最大量10mg,总疗程5wk.结果:服药后3d内BP下降明显,以后下降平稳,wk2总有效率95%,wk3部分病例联合用药,至wk5全部病例BP均正常.仅1例因头痛而中止治疗.另1例出现心悸,经合用β受体阻滞剂症状消失.结论:氨氯地平能有效治疗轻、中度原发性高血压.

Effects of amlodipine on essential hyertension

AIM:To study effects of amlodipine on mild or moderate essential hypertension. METHODS:20 patients were given orally amlodipine 5mg or l0mg daily for 5 weeks. RESULTS:Blood pressures failed right whithin the first three days after medicination. Then they failed smoothly. After 2 weeks,the effective rate was 95%. After 3weeks,amldiopine was combined with other antihypertension drugs in some patients. Then in the fifth week, 19 patients blood presures declined to normal level. In only one patient,amlodipine was forced to discontinue because of a severe headache. Another patient felt palpitation. But the symptom disppeared soon after B-blockers were taken together with amlodipine. CONCLUSION:This study suggested that once daily dosing of amlodipine was effective in control of blood pressures in patents with mild or morderate hypertension and well tolerated with low incidence of side effects.
