| 摘 要： | 目的：研究尼莫地平（Ｎｉｍ）对急性脑梗死患者脑血流动力学的作用。方法：急性脑梗死患者２０例。服药前及ｐｏ Ｎｉｍ ３０ｍｇ后１ｈ进行脑血管动力指数（ＣＶＤＩ）的测定。结果：ｐｏ Ｎｉｍ后双侧参总动脉的血流量显著增加（Ｐ〈０．０５），同时，病灶侧脑半球血流量的增加明显高于病灶对侧（Ｐ〈０．５０）。结论：Ｎｉｍ可以增加双侧大脑半球尤其病灶侧脑半球血流量。

| Abstract: | AIM: To study The effects of nimodipine on the cerebrovascular dynamics in-dex(CVDI) in patients with acute cerebral infarction. METHODS: 20 cases with acute cerebral infarction were studied. CVDI was measured before and 1h after received 30mg nimodipine orally. RESULTS: It was found that nimodipine significantly increased blood flow of both common carrotid arteries (P<0. 05). Meantimes, the blood flow in the lesion side of brain hemisphere was remarkably improved than that in the other side(P<0. 05),CONCLU-SION: It was suggested that nimodipine may improve total cerebral blood flow,especially in the lesion side of cerebral hemisphere. |
