| 摘 要： | 目的：研究硒对Ⅱ型糖尿病的疗效。方法：将１２６例Ⅱ例糖尿病按服用不同药物而分为Ａ、Ｂ、Ｃ３组，各组设原治疗６ｗｋ及观察后２ｗｋ，加硒宝康后２和４ｗｋ，分别采血测空腹、餐后２ｈ血糖，胰岛素，Ｃ肽。结果：Ａ、Ｂ两组与加硒宝康前比，其血糖、胰岛素、Ｃ肽值无显著性差异。而加硒福康后２ｗｋ与观察后２ｗｋ相比，有显著性差异（Ａ组Ｐ〈０．０５，Ｂ组Ｐ〈０．０１）。Ｃ在治疗后６ｗｋ改用胰岛素注射，与观察后２ｗｋ相

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the curative effect of k-selenocarrageenan on noninsulin-dependent diabetes millitus (NIDDM). METHODS: 126 NIDDM patients which have been treated for 6 weeks were divided into 3 groups according to different treatment measure. After two weeks,each group was treated with k-selenocarrageenan for 4 weeks. Levels of the blood-sugar,insulin and connective-peptied were measured. RESULTS:There was significant difference in above levels of A group(P<0. 05) ,B group(P<0. 01)and blood sugar level of C group (P<0.01) before and after treatment for two weeks. CONCLUSION: k-Aelenocar-rageenan can play an assistant role in treatment of NIDDM patients. |
