| 摘 要： | 目的：观察阴道局部一次性放置５００ｍｇ克霉唑治疗真菌性阴道炎的疗效。方法：选择６７例经阴道涂片确诊的真菌性阴道炎的病人，随机分为克霉唑单剂治疗组和咪康治疗组，对比两种方法治疗真菌性阴道炎的疗效。结果：克霉唑组７，３０，６０ｄ的治愈率分别为８５．３％、７６．５％、７０．６％；咪康唑组的治愈率分别为８７．９％、８１．８％、７２．７％。两组间差别无统计学意义（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论：克霉唑大剂量一次给药法

| Abstract: | AIM: To investigate the effect of single-dose 500mg clotrimazole vaginal tablets on Candida vaginitis. METHODS:67 patients with Candida vaginitis were randomized into two groups. Those in group A were treated with single-dose 500mg clotrimazole vaginal tablet ,in group B treated with 200mg miconazole vaginal tablet every day for 7days. Follow-up was undertaken at 7,30,60th day after treatment. RESULTS:Cure rates for group A and group Bat 7,30,60th day were 85. 3% ,76. 5% ,70. 6% ,87. 9% ,81. 8% ,72. 7%,respectively, there was no significant difference between these two groups. CONCLUSION :Single-dose 500mg clotrimazole vaginal tabet is a safe, effective and convenient way to treat Candida vaginitis. |
