不同剂量西比灵对脑动脉硬化眩晕的疗效及负反应影响

目的　观察不同剂量西比灵对脑动脉硬化性眩晕的临床疗效及安全性影响。方法　 15 1例脑动脉硬化性眩晕患者 ,在常规治疗的基础上 ,随机分成A、B两组 ,A组 71例 ,给西比灵 5mg ,qd ;B组 80例 ,给西比灵 10mg ,q12h ,疗程 4周。结果　A组总有效率为 91.5 % ,B组为 92 .5 % ,两组经统计学处理 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,无显著差异 ;B组不良反应明显多于A组。结论　用西比灵治疗脑动脉硬化性眩晕效果显著 ,增加剂量似无提高疗效的作用 ,反而使副作用增加

Study on Efficacy and Side Effect of Different Dosage of Sebilium in Verigo Occurring in Arteriosclerosis

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of different dosage of sebilium in vertigo occurring in cerebral arteniosclirosis.Method On the basis of routine treatment,151 cases of vertigo occurring in cerebral arterioscierosis were divided into two groups,the former(group A,71 cases) were given sebilium 5mg,qd,while the latter(group B,80 cases) 10mg,q12h,the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Results (1)In group A,the clinically effective rate was 91.5%,in group B it was 92.5%.There was a signficant difference between two groups( P >0.05).(2)Group B have more side effects than group A.Conclusions Treating vertigo occurring in cerebral arterioscierosis with sebilium,the effect is remarkable.Adding dosage cant raise the efficacy,but may increase the side effect on the contrary.
