全结肠无神经节细胞症Ｘ线分析（附１３例报告）

目的：报告全结肠无神经节细胞症的Ｘ线表现，探索其Ｘ线诊断方法。材料与方法：回顾分析经手术病理证实的全结肠无神经节细胞症１３例。结果：腹部平片（１３例）显示：普遍性小肠胀气１３例，并有液平的９例，无１例结肠或直肠充气。钡灌肠（１３例）显示：结肠细小１０例，３例结肠近似正常，有１例表现结肠缩短，１例合并多处穿孔，６例钡延迟。结论：钡灌肠检查仍是目前Ｘ线诊断全结肠无神经节细胞症的主要方法。

X-ray Diagnosis of Total Colonic Aganlionosis (13 Cases Report)

Purpose:X-ray finding of total colon aganglionsis were reported,and to evaluate the diagnostic way of it.Materials and Methods:All of 13 cases were confirmed pathologically after operation.Results:X-ray abdominal plain films were done in 13 cases,distention of small intestines were shown in all cases,and distention with fluid levels of small intestines in 9 cases,no gas or small amount of gas in total colon or rectum.Barium enema were performed in all cases,of which 10 cases shew small colon,3 cases shew nearly normal sized colon,1 case shew short colon,1 case showed colon was multiple perforation,and delayed evacuation of barium was found in 11 cases.Conclusion:Barium enema is the main way for X-ray diagnosis of total colonic aganglionosis to day.
