| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨高龄颈动脉狭窄支架成形术病人的护理。[方法]对颈动脉造影并支架植入病人进行术前、术后心理干预、康复训练并加强基础护理，比较手术前后病人日常生活能力（ADL）改变情况。[结果]手术后2个月病人ADL能力明显提高，与术前比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。[结论]术前、术后加强护理干预可促进病人的康复。
