随着社会主义市场经济的发展和我国医疗保障制度的改革及高等教育改革的不断深入，产生于计划经济时期的大学生医疗保障制度弊端显露出来；本文通过对国内高校学生医疗保障问题的现状叙述和原因分析，建议建立起完善的多层次大学生医疗保障体系，将大学生的医疗保障制度纳入国家社会医疗保障计划内，增强其医保意识，以确保在校大学生顺利完成学业。

The Primary Discussion of the Medical Service Safeguard of College Students in China

Following the development of the socialist market economy and the reformation of the medical safeguard system and the improvement of the higher education reformation,the shortcoming of the medical safeguard system of college students which has started in the period of planned economy has become visible.Through the narration of present situation and the analysis of the reasons to the domestic college students'medical safeguards,this article suggests that our government should establish university student medical service safeguard system which is a perfect and multi-level system and brings the university students'medical safeguard system into the national society medical service safeguard.At the same time,we must strengthen university students'realization of medicine guarantees so as to guarantee them to complete their studies successfully
