| 摘 要： | 目的：研究光子嫩肤技术对国人的嫩肤效果。方法：采用IPL Quantum SR光子嫩肤仪对86例患者分别进行5次治疗，并于每次治疗后3周随访观察疗效。结果：经过5次治疗，对面部色素性疾病的有效率为85．9％，对毛细血管扩张的有效率高达97．4％，对眼周细皱纹、毛孔粗大和皮肤质地改善的有效率分别为58．1％、75．0％和88．4％。未发现有瘢痕等严重不良反应。结论：光子嫩肤技术是国人进行嫩肤治疗的一项有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of skin photorejuvenation.Methods:Eighty-six cases were in-volved in our study.They were treated five times separately by using photorejuvenation machine(IPL Quantum SR).Results:85.9%of facial pigmentary disorders improved,97.4%of telangiectasis disappeared,and the effective rates for periocular wrin-kles,enlarged follicular pores and improvement of skin texture were58.1%,75.0%and88.4%,respectively.No severe side effects were observed.Conclusion:Photorejuvenation is an effective method for skin rejuvenation. |
