中小城市妇科门诊就诊者对医务人员主动提供的HIV检测咨询服务的接受性及影响因素

目的了解妇科门诊就诊者对在妇科门诊开展HIV检测咨询服务的认识,分析就诊者接受HIV检测咨询服务的影响因素。方法采用系统抽样方法对妇科门诊就诊者进行问卷调查。结果就诊者艾滋病知识知晓率为58.0%,对蚊虫叮咬能否传播艾滋病等与日常生活密切相关的问题知晓率较低;调查对象中考虑过进行HIV检测者占22.6%,但只有8.7%既往接受过HIV检测;未接受检测者中89.2%认为没有必要检测;艾滋病知识知晓情况、检测是否收费和是否使用实名影响就诊者接受HIV检测咨询服务。结论如果医务人员能够主动向就诊者提供检测咨询服务,多数妇科门诊就诊者愿接受HIV检测咨询服务。应提高就诊者艾滋病知识知晓率,扩大HIV免费检测覆盖范围,提高就诊者的HIV检测率。

Survey on Cognition and Influencing Factors of Patients of Conducting HIV Testing and Counseling in Gynaecological Clinics in Middle-and-small Cities

Objective To know the cognition and the influencing factors of patients of conducting HIV testing and counseling in gynaecological clinics.Methods Patients in gynaecological clinics were selected through systemic sampling and then interviewed with a structured questionnaire.Results 58.0% patients knew the HIV/AIDS knowledge,and few of them knew the issues related with daily life.22.6% had thought about having a HIV testing,but only 8.7% had received the testing.Among the patients without testing,89.2% thought it was unnecessary to receive the testing.The major factors influencing the patients’ acceptabilities included the patient’s knowledge about HIV/AIDS,the testing fee,and the usage of real name in testing.Conclusions Most of the patients are willing to receive HIV testing and counseling services if gynaecologist can provide the services initiatively.We should improve the patients’ HIV/AIDS knowledge,extend the coverage of the free HIV testing,and increase the HIV testing rate of the patients.
