| 摘 要： | 慢性粒细胞性白血病（CML）是血液学特征方面表现异质性的疾病。我们回顾性地观察了53例慢粒的骨髓涂片和21例外周血涂片，其中符合典型慢粒（CGL）的有62例，另有10例和2例可能分别为非典型慢粒（aCGL)和慢性粒单核细胞白血病（CMML）。观察结果为慢粒的诊断和分型提供了血液细胞形态学依据。

| Abstract: | Chronic myeloid (granulocytic) leukemia (CML) is a kind of disease showing the heterogeneity of heamatologic characteristics and in this study 74 cases of 53 bone marrow and 21 peripheral blood smears of CML patients were reviewed to examine the haematologic features. The result showed that 21 cases were in agreement to the dignosis of chronic granulocytic leukemias(CGL)and that 10 cases and 2 cases might be classified as atipical chronic myeloid leukemias(aCML)and chronic myelomonocytic leukemias (CMML)respectively according to the quidelines proposed by FAB. The results of observation provides evidence of morphological features for laboratory classifying and diagnosing CMLs. |
