家庭康复指导对脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响

目的探讨脑卒中家庭康复指导对脑卒中患者日常生活能力的影响。方法选取经神经内科治疗病情处于恢复期的脑卒中出院患者40例，随机分成实验组与对照组，实验组进行家庭康复指导，对照组进行常规出院指导，两组分别在出院时和4周后进行巴氏评分。结果干预前实验组巴氏评分（48．0±22．734）分，4周后实验组巴氏评分明显提高为（73．0±21．909）分，其中个人卫生、上厕所、穿脱衣服、上下床或椅子4项与对照组比较差异有统计学意义。结论患者病情稳定出院后，仍有康复潜能，持续、科学、易懂的家庭生活指导可以提高患者的日常生活能力。

The influence of family rehabilitation guidance on daily life skill among stroke patients

Objective To explore the influence of family rehabilitation guidance on daily life skills among stroke patientsMethods Forty discharged patients with stroke were divided into experimental group and control group, the formal received family rehabilitation guidance and the latter received routine guidance. Barthel Index Mobility Score (BIMS)was evaluated at the time of discharging and after 4 weeks. Results The BIMS in experimental group was (48. 0 ±2. 734) and (73. 0 ±1. 909) before and after intervention. The scores in experimental group were higher than those in control group in terms of personal hygiene, toilet, take off clothes and fluctuation bed or chair after intervention. Conclusions Stroke patients with stable condition after discharge still have rehabilitation potential, continuous, science, simple family life guidance can improve the patient' s life skills.
