莪术油近五年的研究进展

莪术油是莪术的主要有效成分,随着莪术油的广泛应用,人们对莪术油的研究越来越深入。莪术油的常用提取方法有水蒸气蒸馏法和超临界流体萃取法。莪术油的含量测定常用紫外-可见分光光度法和反相-高效液相色谱法等。莪术油具有抗肿瘤、抗菌、抗炎、抗癫痫、抗过敏性紫癜和抗白血病等作用。莪术油在临床上一般用其注射液、滴眼液、栓剂、软膏等。近年来,莪术油被制成纳米粒、脂质体等。

Zedoary oil is the main effectually component of zedoary.With the zedoary oil widespread applied,the reseaches of zedoary oil could be further improved.Method of steam distillation and supercritical fluid extraction has been adopted to extract zedoary oil.UV-vis and the reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography methods are applied to determine the contents of zedoary oil.Zedoary oil has many pharmacological activities which including anti-tumor,anti-bacteria,anti-inflammation,anti-epilepsy,anti-allergic purpura and anti-leucemia and so on.Zedoary oil preparations are applied in clinic including injection,eye drop,suppository,ointment and so on.In recent yesrs,nanoparticle,liposome are made from Zedoary oil.
