护患沟通在住院精神病患者家属中的实施及效果评价

目的 探讨对住院精神病患者家属实施护患沟通的方法,提高患者依从性,和谐医患关系,减少医疗纠纷.方法 根据住院时间的不同时期采取个别座谈或集体座谈、电话、电脑、亲自到患者家中等方法.结果 患者依从性提高,住院时间缩短,医疗纠纷减少.结论 对住院精神病患者家属实施护患沟通,能提高遵医行为,减少医疗纠纷,降低复发率.

Application of nurse-patient communication in the families of psychiatric patients and the effect assessment

Objective To explore the implementation of the families of psychiatric patients with nurse-patient communication methods to improve patient compliance,harmonious doctor-patient relationship,reduce medical disputes.Methods According to hospital in different periods,individual or collective discussion forum,telephone,computer,goin to patients families and so on methods were taken.Results Patients compliance were increased,hospitalization time was shortened and medical disputes were reduced.Conclusion Implementation of nurse-patient communication on the families of psychiatric patients with can improve the compliance behaviors,reduce patient disputes,reduce the relapse rate.
