| 摘 要： | 目的总结131I治疗儿童和青少年甲亢的护理。方法对2005-2008年在我院经测定甲状腺功能后确诊甲亢的518例儿童和青少年患者,随机分为两组,两组患者均排除131I治疗禁忌症后,采用131I口服治疗。其中对比组259人在门诊予131I治疗后离院。观察组259人口服131I后住院隔离观察1周出院。结果通过对两组儿童和青少年服药后的观察及跟踪随访,发现对比组出现并发症较观察组多。结论儿童和青少年甲亢患者进行131I治疗应住院观察,进行必要的护理干预能减少并发症的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective：To summarize the nursing of hyperthyroidism in children and adolescents with the treatment of 131I.Methods：518 children and adolescents with hyperthyroidism from 2005 to 2008 were randomly divided into two groups.Two groups were treated with 131I,259 patients in the control group left the hospital after being treated with 131I in the outpatient department,while 259 patients in the experiment group were in hospital for a week.Result：The cases with complication in the control group were more than the experimental group.Conclusion：Children and adolescents with hyperthyroidism should be treated and observed in hospital,and the necessary nursing interference can reduce the complications. |
