| 摘 要： | 目的构建诺瓦克病毒核酸片段克隆。方法选取诺瓦克病毒阳性标本,应用RT-PCR方法扩增目标片段,将其克隆到质粒,通过酶切、测序鉴定。结果成功构建诺瓦克病毒核酸片段克隆。结论成功地获得了可作为核酸检测阳性对照的诺瓦克病毒核酸片段克隆,为该病毒的分子生物学检测和进一步研究奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Objective To construct the clone of specific nucleic acid segment of Norwalk virus. Methods Specific viral nucleic acid sequence was proliferated from positive samples using RT-PCR, and the PCR product was inserted into pET32c vector. Results The plasmid that contained Norwalk virus nucleic acid segment was constructed. Conclusion The fidelity of the positive recombinant construction is verified through the sequencing assay. |
