自酸蚀与全酸蚀黏结剂牙体缺损修复效果的临床评价

目的比较自酸蚀黏结剂与全酸蚀黏结剂的临床修复疗效,评价自酸蚀黏结剂的黏结效果。方法选择门诊就诊的167颗患牙,随机分为实验组（n=85）和对照组（n=82）,实验组用自酸蚀黏结剂,对照组用全酸蚀黏结剂,复合树脂充填后光照固化。12个月后观察临床效果。结果实验组成功82颗牙,成功率96.47%;对照组成功78颗牙,成功率95.12%。两者之间的差异无统计学意义（χ^2=0.0024,P〉0.05）。结论自酸蚀黏结剂在牙体缺损的修复中的黏结效果和全酸蚀黏结剂无差异。

COMPARISON OF CLINICAL EFFECT BETWEEN SELF-ETCHING AND TOTAL-ETCHING ADHESIVE IN RESTORING DENTAL DEFECTS

Objective To compare the efficacy of self-etching and total-etching adhesive in restoring dental defect and as sess the effect of the self-etching adhesive. Methods This study was conducted in 167 teeth from outpatients, which were randomized to experiment group and control group. Self-etching adhesive was applied in experiment group, and total etching adhesive in control group. All the teeth were filled with composite resin, then illuminated and solidified. The efficacy was assessed after 12 months. Results Three teeth failed in the experiment group, with success rate being 96.47% ; four failed in the control group, success 95.12%. The difference between them was not statistically significant （X^2=0. 002 4,P〉0.05）. Conclusion The selfetching and total etching adhesive have no significantly difference in restoring dental defect.
