膀胱移行细胞癌组织APE1与VEGF表达及意义

目的探讨膀胱移行细胞癌组织中脱嘌呤脱嘧啶核酸内切酶-1（APE1）与血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测55例膀胱移行细胞癌和15例正常膀胱黏膜中APE1及VEGF的表达。结果55例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中均有APE1蛋白表达,正常膀胱黏膜有8例表达（53.3%）,二者比较差异有显著性（χ^2=28.52,P〈0.01）。膀胱移行细胞癌APE1蛋白细胞浆与细胞核共表达27例（49.1%）,正常膀胱黏膜0例,二者比较差异有显著性（χ^2=11.99,P〈0.01）。VEGF在正常膀胱黏膜和膀胱移行细胞癌表达的阳性率分别为0和67.3%,差异有显著性（χ^2=21.41,P〈0.01）。随病理分级及临床分期的增加,膀胱移行细胞癌中APE1蛋白细胞浆和细胞核共表达的比例有增加趋势,差异有显著性（χ^2=7.73～11.25,P〈0.01）;APE1在细胞浆中的表达与VEGF表达呈显著正相关（r=0.458,P〈0.01）。结论APE1和VEGF可能在膀胱移行细胞癌发生发展中发挥重要的作用。

EXPRESSIONS OF APE1 AND VEGF IN TRANSITIONAL CELL CARCINOMA OF THE BLADDER AND THEIR CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

Objective To investigate the expressions of APE1 and VEGF in bladder transitional cell carcinoma （BTCC） and their clinical significance. Methods Expressions of APE1 and VEGF were detected immunohistochemically in 15 normal bladder mucosa and 55 BTCC samples. Results The positive expression of APE1 was detected in all BTCC samples, hut only eight （53.3%） in normal bladder mucosa samples, the difference between them was significant （χ^2 =28.52,P〈0.01）. Positive cytoplasm expression was found in 27 （49.1%） BTCC samples, while normal bladder mucosa was zero （χ^2 = 11.99, P〈0. 01）. The positive expressions of VEGF in BTCC samples and normal mucosa were 67.3% and zero, respectively. With the increase of pathologic grading and clinical staging, the ratio of coexpression of APE1 in cell nucleus and cytoplasm appeared to be increasing （χ^2 =7.73-11.25 ,P〈0.01）. The expressions of APE1 and VEGF in cytoplasm were positively correlated （r=0. 458,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The APE1 and VEGF probably play an important role in the occurrence and development of transitional cell carcinoma in urinary bladder.
