摘    要:目的检测NF-κBp65亚基(NFκBp65)和诱导型一氧化氮合成酶(NOS2)在去势雄兔干眼症模型泪腺组织的表达,探讨其与于眼症发病的关系。方法制作6只去势雄兔干眼症模型,采用免疫组织化学SP方法对模型兔及6只对照兔泪腺组织中NFκBp65及NOS2蛋白的表达进行检测。结果与正常对照组相比,干眼症模型兔泪腺组织NFκB p65、NOS2的表达明显增多(t'=9.38、9.16,P〈0.01)。结论去势雄兔干眼症模型泪腺组织中的免疫炎症反应可能是导致干眼症的主要发病机制,NFκBp65和NOS2在这一过程中可能起主要作用。

Abstract:Objective To detect the expressions of NFκB p65 and NOS2 in the lacrimal gland of castrated-male-rabbit model with xerophthalmia and investigate their relationship with pathogenesis of this problem. Methods The experimental model was made in six rabbits. The expressions of NFκB p65 and NOS2 in lacrimal-gland tissue were determined. Results The expressions of NFκB p65 and NOS2 in the models were prominently higher than that in the controls (t'=9.38,9.16;P〈0.01). Conclusion The immuno-inflammatory reaction in the model lacrimal gland is most likely leading to xerophthalmia, in which, NFκB p65 and NOS2 play a key role.
