| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素在喉癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用免疫组织化学PicTure^TM二步法，检测上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素在喉癌组织和癌旁正常喉黏膜组织中的表达。结果 喉癌组织上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素的异常表达率分别为55．00％和56．67％，明显低于癌旁组织（二者均呈明显阳性表达）（χ^2=8．32、8．87，P〈0．01）。上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素的表达与喉癌的临床分期、颈部淋巴结转移及组织学分级有关（χ^2=3．85-10．17，P〈0．05）。同一标本中上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素表达有显著的相关性（r=0．61，P〈0．01）。结论 上皮钙黏蛋白和α-连环素的异常表达与喉癌分化、分期、转移密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expressions of E-cadherin and α-catenin in the tissue of laryngeal cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry staining （PicTure^TM two step method） was used to detect E-cadherin and α-catenin expression in cancer and paraneoplastie normal tissue. Results The expression rate of E-cadherin and α-catenin in the cancer was 55.00% and 56.67%, respectively, which was significantly lower than that in the paraneoplastic（both of the two items were obviously positive） （χ^2= 8.32, 8.87;P〈0.01）, and associated with the differentiation, clinical stage, and lymph node metastasis of the disease （χ^2=3.85-10.17,P〈0.05）. There was a positive correlation between the expression of α-catenin and E-cadherin in the same sample （r=0.61 ,P〈0.01）. Conclusion The abnormal expressions of E cadherin and α-catenin are closely related with the differentiation, clinical stage, and metastasis in laryngeal carcinoma. |
