子宫内膜异位症病人雌激素受体亚型和VEGF表达

摘    要:目的探讨雌激素受体亚型、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达与子宫内膜异位症(EMs)的相关性及其预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化法检测79例EMs病人异位内膜组织及20例正常子宫内膜标本中的雌激素受体亚型-α(ER-α)、雌激素受体亚型-β(ER-β)及VEGF的表达情况,并分析其与EMs预后的关系。结果异位内膜组ER-α、ER-β阳性表达率及表达强度均低于正常子宫内膜组(χ^2=9.98、4.23,P〈0.01、0.05),VEGF阳性表达率高于正常子宫内膜组(χ^2=4.11,P〈0.05)。异位内膜VEGF高表达的EMs病人复发率明显高于低表达者(χ^2=6.39,P〈0.05);异位内膜中ER-α高表达者VEGF表达率亦相应较高,ER-α低表达者其VEGF表达率亦相应较低(r=0.93,P〈0.01)。结论ER-α、ER-β可能参与了EMs发生发展的病理过程及异位内膜血管生成的调节,检测VEGF的表达对于估计EMs的预后可能有重要临床价值。

EXPRESSIONS OF ESTROGEN RECEPTOR-ALPHA AND-BETA AND VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR IN ENDOMETRIOSIS

Abstract:Objective To study the correlation between the expressions of estrogen receptor-α (ER-α) and-β (ER-β) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in endometriosis (EMs) and their association with the prognosis of the disease. Methods The ER-α, ER-β and VEGF were detected by immunohistochemical technique in endometriosis tissues of 79 patients and normal endometrium of 20 subjects. Their relationship with the prognosis of EMs was analyzed. Results The expressions of ER-α and-β in ectopic endometrium were lower (χ^2=9.98,P〈0.01), and of VEGF was higher than that of normal endometrium (χ^2=4. 11 ,P〈0. 05). The expression of ER-β was also lower than that in normal endometrial tissue (χ^2=4. 23,P〈0. 05). The recurrence rate in patients with high VEGF expression was significantly higher than those with lower VEGF expression (χ^2= 6.39, P〈0.05). A higher or lower expression of ER-α in ectopic endometrium was along with a higher or lower expression of VEGF, accordingly (r=0.93,P〈0.01). Conclusion ER-α and ER-β probably involve in the occurrence and development of EMs and in the regulation of angiogenesis of ectopic endomembrane, a detection of VEGF is of great clinical value in predicting the prognosis of endometriosis.
