白芷挥发油镇痛、镇静作用实验研究

目的 观察白芷挥发油镇痛、镇静作用.方法 选择雌雄小鼠各半,随机分成对照组,吗啡组,白芷香豆素低剂量组（0.05mL/kg）、中剂量组（0.1mL/kg）、高剂量组（0.2mL/kg）,白芷挥发油低剂量组（0.05mL/kg）、中剂量组（0.1mL/kg）、高剂量组（0.2mL/kg）,采用热板法、辐射热刺激法、甩尾法、扭体法观察白芷挥发油的镇痛、镇静作用.结果 白芷挥发油各组起效时间更快,作用时间更长,扭体次数更少,且中剂量组（0.1mL/kg）镇痛、镇静效果明显好于低剂量组与高剂量组.结论 白芷挥发油镇痛、镇静作用明显,作用机制有待更深入的研究.

Experimental study on the analgesic and sedative effects of essential oil of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae

Objective It is to observe the analgesic and sedative effects of essential oil of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae（ EOAD）. Methods Male and female mice were chosen and randomly divided into control group, morphine group, groups of low, medium and high doses of Coumarin of Angelicae dahuricae（CAD） （0.05 mL/kg, 0.1 mL/kg and 0.2 mL/kg respectively） , groups of low, medium and high doses of Coumarin of EOAD（0.05 mL/kg, 0. 1 mL/kg and 0.2 mL/kg respectively）. The analgesic and sedative effects of EOAD were observed by hot plate test,radiant heat stimulation method, tail flick test and writhing test. Results Onset time was more faster, action time was more longer, writhing times were more less in every EOAD group, furthermore, the effects in medium group were obviously better than that in low and high dose groups. Conclusion EO- AD has good analgesic and sedative effects, and its mechanism need further study to explore.
