葛兰心宁软胶囊“心脑同治”疗效观察

目的观察葛兰心宁软胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛兼脑供血不足临床疗效。方法将冠心病心绞痛兼脑供血不足患者54例随机分为葛兰心宁组和心血宁组并给予相应治疗。2组治疗前后进行中医证候疗效、心绞痛并脑供血不足疗效评定，观察相应指标变化。结果葛兰心宁组与心血宁组总有效率分别为89％和73％，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；且葛兰心宁组对痰湿阻遏证有效率（86％）明显高于心血宁组（50％）（P〈0．01）。2组患者甲皱微循环均明显改善，且葛兰心宁组显著优于心血宁组（P〈0．05）；2组颈部血管检测比较无明显差异。结论葛兰心宁可明显改善冠心病心绞痛兼脑供血不足患者临床症状。较好体现了心脑同治。

Observation of the curative effect of heart-brain treatment with Gelanxinning soft capsule

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Gelanxinning soft capsule on angina pectoris complica- ting with cerebral blood deficiency. Methods 54 cases of patients with angina peetoris complicating with cerebral blood defi- ciency were randomly divided into Gelanxinning group and Xinxuening group and were given respective therapy. The curative effect of TCM syndrome and angina pectoris complicating with cerebral blood deficiency were evaluated, and the relevant inde- xes were observed before and after treatment. Results The effective rates of Gelanxinning group and Xinxuening group were 89% and 73% respectively, compared with each other, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05） , but the effeetive rate of syndrome of Phlegmy wet repression in Gelanxinning group （86%） was obviously higher than that of Xinxuening group （P 〈0. 05 ）. There was no significant difference in cervical vessel detection indexes. Conclusion Gelanxinning soft capsule can ob- viously improve clinical symptoms of patients with angina pectoris complicating with cerebral blood deficiency, this result well support the heart-brain therapy.
