| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究伊贝沙坦 (Irbesartan)对原发性高血压病人左心室肥厚 (LVH)的影响。方法 :将 6 0例高血压病左心室肥厚的病人随机分为伊贝沙坦组 (2 5例 )和依那普利组 (35例 ) ,疗程半年。分别于治疗前后测量血压、作超声心动图 (UCG)检查测量指标计算左心室质量指数。结果 :两组治疗后血压、左心室质量指数均比治疗前显著下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,但组间无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :伊贝沙坦能有效降低高血压病左心室肥厚病人的血压 ,逆转LVH。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of Irbesartan on the left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: 60 patients with essential hypertension who had LVH were divided into two groups randomly. One was Irbesartan geoup(25 cases)and the other was Enalapril group(35 cases).Half-a-year therapy. We measured the blood pressure and examined UCG to get the details to measure the left ventricular mass index (LVMI) before and after thearapy.Results:The blood pressure and LVMI after therapy of two groupsboth decreased markedly than those before therapy with no significant difference between them.Conclusions:Irbesartan can reduce the blood pressure effectivelyand rever LVH in patient with essential hypertension who have LVH. |
