| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨皖南地区汉人血管紧张素转化酶基因(ACE)插入/缺失(I/D)的存在状况。方法:利用PCR技术分析102例皖南地区汉人ACE基因型。结果:皖南地区汉人ACE基因型频率分别为:DD47.06%,ID39.22%,II13.72%;等位基因D频率:66.67%,等位基因I频率:33.33%。结论:皖南地区汉人等位基因频率、基因型频率与重庆地区汉人比较具有显著差异;与科威特人、土耳其高加索人比较不具有差异性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore I/D polymorphism of the angiotensin-converting enzyme( ACE) gene existing in the residents of Han people from south Anhui province. Methods: The ACE genotypes in 102 cases of the residents were analysed by using PCR. Results: The frequencies of ACE genotypes in south Anhui residents were DD 47.06%,ID 39.22% and II 13.72% respectively; the allele frequency of D was 66.67% and 33.33% for allele frequency of I. Conclusion: Highly significant difference has been found in allele frequency and genotype frequency between south Anhui residents and Chongqing′s, but there is no difference when compared with Kuwaiti and Turkey′s Caucasian. |
