| 摘 要： | 磷酸二酯酶（PDE）3西洛他唑是抗血小板聚集药物,具有阻止血栓形成、保护血管内皮功能以及预防动脉粥样硬化进展等作用,减少缺血性卒中事件的发生。本文对近年来西洛他唑的临床应用进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Cilostazol,is a phosphodiesterase 3A inhibitor.It can block the formation of thrombosis,protect vascular endothelial function,prevent the atherosclerosis progression and reduce the incidence of ischemic stroke events.In this paper,we review recent development of cilostazol regarding its clinical application. |
