结直肠癌患者手术前后血清白细胞介素-10水平变化及其临床意义

目的:探讨结直肠癌患者手术前后血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平变化及其临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附分析法(ELISA)测定65例结直肠癌患者手术前后血清IL-10水平。结果:结直肠癌组患者血清IL-10水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);非根治手术组患者术前IL-10水平较根治手术组患者术前的IL-10水平明显增高(P<0.05);术后根治手术组IL-10水平降至正常,非根治手术组患者术后IL-10水平虽明显下降但仍明显高于正常对照组和根治手术组(P<0.05);肿瘤复发或转移时IL-10水平又明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:IL-10可能与结直肠癌的发生有关,可能是一个能估计预后及预测复发的指标。

The Level of serum Interleukin-10 in colorectal cancer patients before and after surgery and its clinical significance

【Abstract】Aims: To investigate the Level of serum Interleukin-10 in colorectal cancer patients before and after surgery and its clinical significance.Methods: The levels of serum Interleukin-10 were measured by ELISA in 65 patients with colorectal cancer patients before and after surgery. Results: Circulating levels of IL-10 were found to be higher in cancer patients than in controls(P<0.01);Serum IL-10 levels were positively correlated with tumor stage(P<0.01), distant matastasis (P<0.05), and histologic differentiation(P<0.05);Basel serum IL-10 levels were lower in radically resected patients than in nonradically resected patients(P<0.05); The mean value of IL-10 serum levels returned to normal on day +16 in radically resected patients, On the contrary, in patients subjected to nonradical resection, the mean value of IL-10 serum levels remained higher than that of controls and radically resected patients (P<0.05),although it was found to have significantly decreased after the operation; The levels of serum IL-10 increased again when metastases or recurrences of tumor in eight patients subjected to radical resection(P<0.01).conclusions: Serum IL-10 level is may be related to the onset of colorectal cancer, it may be a useful marker to predict prognosis and tumor recurrence.
