常熟市晚期血吸虫病现状调查

组织有经验的医务人员通过询检、体检、特殊检查及实验室检查,对原登记在册的晚期血吸虫病(晚血)病人和新的疑似病人,建立个案调查卡。2008年常熟市共有晚血病人1 516例,患病率为0.14%,较2005年下降了2.80%;新发现晚血病人101例,占现有晚血病人的6.67%,新增晚血病人都为过去流行区曾有血吸虫病治疗史的60～80岁农民。全市晚血病人中男性709例,占46.77%,女性807例,占53.23%。腹水型119例,占7.85%;巨脾型1 395例,占92.02%;结肠增殖型2例,占0.13%。临床治愈1 076例,占70.97%;病情稳定237例,占15.63%;尚需治疗203例,占13.40%。常熟市晚血病人总数多,尚需治疗病人也多,且有新的晚血病人出现,要加强晚血的防治工作。

Survey of advanced schistosomiasis in Changshu City

Advanced schistosomiasis and new suspected patients were examined by experienced medical staff.In 2008,there were 1 516 patients of advanced schistosomiasis in Changshu City.The prevalence rate was 0.14% and it had decreased by 2.80% compared with that in 2005.One hundred and one（6.67%）cases of new advanced schistosomiasis had been found,and there were 709（46.77%）male cases and 807（53.23%） female cases,respectivey.The oldest patient was 90 years old,and the youngest was 49 years old.Among all cases,119（7.85%） were ascites-type,1 395（92.02%） were splenomegaly-type,and 2（0.13%） were colon proliferation-type,respectively.Among them,1 076（70.97%） cases were cured,237（15.63%） cases were in stable condition,203（13.40%） cases needed to be cured.
