血管性痴呆与阿尔茨海默病的精神行为症状分析

目的：对血管性痴呆（VD）和阿尔茨海默病（AD）的精神行为症状进行回顾性分析,以区别其临床表现。方法：回顾性分析我院2007年10月至2009年10月门诊及住院患者122例（AD61例、VD61例）精神行为症状。结果：AD组行为紊乱和攻击行为发生率高于VD组,VD组的情感障碍发生率高于AD组,AD组的行为紊乱和攻击行为EHAVE-AD评分高于VD组,而情感障碍EHAVE-AD评分低于VD组,其余BEHAVE-AD评分差异没有统计学意义。结论：通过本研究对临床医生鉴别AD与VD提供参考依据。

Analyzing the Spirit Behavior of Vascular Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease

Objective：To distinguish vascular dementia and Alzheimer＇s disease behavioral and psychological symptoms.Method：122 cases from our hospital from January 2007 to January 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Result：Behavior disorders and aggression AD group of was higher than thoses in VD group,affective disorders in VD group was higher than that in AD group,AD group affective disorder,behavioral disorders and aggressive behavior BEHAVE-AD score higher than those in VD group,the rest of BEHAVE-AD score difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion：The study provides references for the distinguish of AD and VD.
