尘肺观测资料的回顾分析及综合&单向趋势比较

目的:探讨尘肺并发肺癌与患者年龄,尘肺分期及接尘时间等3个因素的关系。方法:回顾性分析某院2004年1月²011年12月确诊的尘肺并发肺癌患者的临床特征及影像学资料,并比较不同因素对尘肺并发肺癌的影响。结果:所搜集的尘肺并发肺癌的患者占所有尘肺患者中的3.23%。经综合χ2检验和单向趋势检验:不同年龄的尘肺人群与并发肺癌的解析比较、各期尘肺与并发肺癌的解析比较及不同接尘时间与并发肺癌的解析比较,均具有统计学意义。结论:尘肺并发肺癌与患者年龄,尘肺分期及接尘时间有密切关系。

Retrospective Analysis and Holistic and Single Factor Trend Comparison of observation data of Pneumoconiosis

Objective： To study the relationship between pneumoconiosis complicated by lung cancer and three factors, namely patient＇s age, stage of pneumoconiosis and dust-exposed time period of pneumoconio- sis. Methods： Clinical features and imaging data of pneumoconiosis patients complicated by lung cancer were analyzed retrospectively, which diagnosed in certain hospital from January 2004 to December 2011. And the effects of different factors on pneumoconiosis complicated by lung cancer were compared. Results. Pneumoco- niosis patients complicated by lung cancer account for 23.0% among all pneumoconiosis patients. According to conventional chi square test and single factor trend analysis, the comparison of prevalence of pneumoconio- sis complicated by lung cancer within different ages, different stages of pneumoconiosis, different dust-ex- posed time periods of pneumoconiosis are all have statistical significance. Conclusion, Pneumoconiosis com- plicated by lung cancer has close relationship with patient＇s age, stage of pneumoconiosis and dust--exposed time period of pneumoconiosis.
