胆囊结石家族史对胆囊排空功能的影响

目的 探讨有胆囊结石家族史者的胆囊排空功能的改变。方法 自2012年11月至2013年3月，在我院住院患者中，选择胆囊结石患者亲属中未罹患胆石症者作为实验组，选择无胆囊结石家族史且未罹患胆石症者作为对照组，以B超仪测量并比较两组间的空腹胆囊容积、餐后胆囊残余容积及胆囊排空率。 结果 实验组与对照组比较，其空腹胆囊容积及餐后最小胆囊容积均无显著统计学差异，但实验组餐后胆囊排空率较小（82.9%±10.2% vs 87.5%±3.9%，P＜0.05），两组胆囊收缩均于80 min左右达到最大程度。结论 有胆囊结石家族史者胆囊排空功能明显减弱，提示胆囊结石发病具有家族遗传性的其中一个原因可能是胆囊排空功能障碍。

Effect of gallstones family history on gallbladder emptying function

To compare the gallbladder emptying function of those with and without gallstones family history. Methods Among the in-patients from Nov. 2012 to Mar. 2013, the gallstones patients＇ relatives without cholelithiasis formed the experimental group, and patients without cholelithiasis and family history in the other departments as the control group. The fasting gallbladder volume, postprandial minimal gallbladder volume and gallbladder emptying rate were measured and compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group had a smaller gallbladder emptying rate （82.9% ＋ 10.2% vs 87.5% ＋ 3.9%, P〈0.05）, but the differences of the fasting gallbladder volume and postprandial minimal gallbladder volume between two groups had no statistical significe. The contraction of gallbladders in both groups were observed at about 80 minute. Conclusion Normal subjects with gallstones family history have worse gallbladder emptying, indicating that gallstones genetic predisposition may result from gallbladder emptying impairment.
