E-Cadherin在急性胰腺炎中的检测及其意义

目的 探讨E-Cadherin在急性胰腺炎（AP）患者中的变化及其对预测AP严重程度的价值。方法 收集我院2011年11月至2013年5月急性胰腺炎和其他腹部炎症性疾病患者44例，检测患者血sE-Cadherin的变化，分析其在轻型急性胰腺炎（MAP，15例）、重症急性胰腺炎（SAP，13例）和其他腹部炎症患者（16例）的差别及意义。结果 SAP组在起病12 h、24 h、48 h血sE-Cadherin浓度均高于MAP组以及其他腹部炎症组（P＜0.01）。MAP组在起病12 h、24 h、48 h血sE-Cadherin浓度与其他腹部炎症组比较无明显差异（P＞0.01）。结论 本研究提示在AP早期血sE-Cadherin在SAP患者显著升高，是早期判断AP严重程度的一个有效方法。

Detection and its significance of E-Cadherin in acute pancreatitis

To explore changes of E-Cadherin and its value in prediction the severity of acute pancreatitis. Methods Concentrations of sE-Cadherin frorn44 patients in our hospital from Nov. 2011 to May 2013 were measured, the differences among the patients with mild acute pancreatitis （MAP）, severe acute pancre- atitis （SAP） and other abdominal acute inflammations were analyzed. Results The concentrations of sE-Cadherin in patients with SAP atl2 h, 24 h and 48 h after onset of disease were significantly higher than those of MAP or other abdominal acute inflammations patients （P〈0.01）. There were no difference between MAP and other ab- dominal inflammation patients （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Serum sE-Cadherin can be an early （within 12 h） objective marker in predicting the severity of acute pancreatitis.
