鼻内镜术后不同冲洗剂行鼻腔冲洗的疗效观察

目的:通过探讨不同鼻腔冲洗剂在鼻内镜鼻窦手术后鼻腔冲洗的疗效分析观察,认为鼻腔冲洗剂的合理选择是鼻内镜鼻-鼻窦手术后恢复期治疗的重要临床措施。方法:选取100例择期鼻部手术患者为研究对象,将其随机分为两组。观察组:不同阶段使用不同冲洗液,依次为海水,地塞米松与庆大霉素注射液药水,中药水,最后生理盐水或清水(纯净水),半年为期限;对照组:生理盐水。追踪半年观察比较其手术疗效即观察其粘膜修复情况和鼻腔粘连情况。结果:结果观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01),且术后粘膜修复时间和鼻腔粘连情况明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:鼻-鼻窦炎患者术后不同阶段使用不同冲洗液进行鼻腔冲洗,既缩短了治愈时间,又提高了临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Methods： selected 100 pa tients undergoing elective nasal surgery as the research object, the random is divided into two groups, obser vation grouo： different stages with different rinses, followed by seawater, gentamycin and dexamethasone injection liquid medicine, Chinese traditional medicine water, normal saline or water （pure water）, for half a year time limit; Control group： normal saline. Track 6 months observing compare the operation effect of the mucosa was observed for the repair and nasal adhesion. Results： Results curative effect observation group was significantly better than the control group （P~0. 01）, and glue the film repair time and postoperative nasal cavity adhesion is obviously less than control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion： Nasal -different stages with different rinses postoperatively in patients with sinusitis nasal irrigation, which shortened the healing time, and improve the clinical curative effect, worth clinical application.
