摘    要:目的为了探讨地塞米松对实验性变态反应性神经炎(EAN)小鼠胸腺细胞的影响。方法应用原位末端标记法和电镜检测EAN小鼠胸腺细胞的凋亡。结果以上两种方法均发现地塞米松处理组胸腺细胞凋亡率明显高于自然病程组和正常对照组。结论地塞米松可明显增强EAN小鼠胸腺细胞凋亡。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the roles of the dexamethasone DXM on thymocyte apoptosisin kunming mice with acute experimental allergic neuritis (EAN). Methods Using in situ end labeling(ISEL) techniques, electron microscopy. We investigaTed the effects the dexamethasone on thymocyteapoptosis among EAN group,DXM group and control group. Result By ISEL investigations, it is revealed that the apoptotic rate of DXM group is highest of three groups (P<0. 01). These thymocytesappeared an outstanding "apopotic change"under electron microscopy. Conclusions DXM can enhancethymocyte apoptosis in EAN mice.
