四川省农村0～2岁小儿营养不良危险因素的病例对照研究

本文采用1:1配对的病例对照研究方法以探讨四川农村0～2岁小儿营养不良发病的危险因素。病例组系中、重度营养不良小儿201例,对照组为同民族、同性别、同乡、年龄相同的正常小儿.单因素分析从56个因素中筛选出29个与营养不良发生有显著意义的因素,再作Logis-tic回归分析,有7个因素选入回归模型,其中6个为危险因素。它们分别是:半岁以内喂养方式,每日蛋白质摄入不中、哺乳母亲每日总热卡摄入不足,父母近亲婚配、家庭现金收入用于伙食费比例太低,母乳量不足与小儿每日总热卡不足之交互作用。家中有人在外从事副业且每月有现金收入为营养不良的保护性因素。

CASE CONTROL STUDY ON RISK FACTORS OF MALNUTRITION IN CHILDREN UNOER 3 YEARS OF AGE IN RURAL AREA OF SICHUAN PROVINCE

The 1 : 1 case control study was carried out to explore the risk factors which are important to malnutriation in children under 3 years of age in rural area of Sichuan province ,201 maluorished children were matched in 1 : 1 ratio with normal children by such factors as race,sex, township and age. Analysis of single factor in the first step have 28 factors screened out of 56 factors ,which were significanly related to malnutrition . There were 7 risk factors were selected and entered the multiple logistic regression model in the second step,these were:pattern of feeding within 6 months, insufficient protein intake per kilo per day,poor total calories of lactating morther,parents with consanquineous marriage, too little money of family income spent for board fee and the mutual effect of insufficient daily calorie to mother milk shortage,family had sideline income was a protective factor
